Nervous System
The autonomic system has two parts:
Sympathetic and Parasympathetic
The sympathetic gets the body ready for action
controls the adrenal galnds
The parasympathetic restores the body in its pre-energized state
For example, this dual system would handle the body’s reaction in an emergency situation
